The location was acceptable. The train station was nearby.

the staff was unhelpful and slow. there was no prompt response. the breakfast was not very good either, and items ran out quickly without replacement.

the location is central to many key areas i needed to access. the room was spacious i was in a quadruple room. breakfast included tiramisu a very nice touch i found.

the mattress was somewhat lumpy.

central location termini access attentive staff fresh towels

this place was close to termini station. major sights were in walking distance. there was always someone at the front desk, 24/7. housekeeping gave us new towels daily .

the hotel is in a residential building. it is not located on the ground floor.
